Emergency Relief that assists pastoralists afflicted by conflict or
natural disasters. Pastoralists whose lives are jeopardized by disasters or
conflict require immediate, skilled assistance. PISP acts quickly to make
an impact through its own programmes with the help of its partners.
Community Initiatives that serve the
pastoralists in the fulfillment of their livelyhood. PISP
shares a special relationship with local communities. They in turn join with us in working with the poor, advocating and lobbying for peace and development through our relief,
development and advocacy efforts.
Public Awareness through training, workshops, seminars and other public forums that leads to informed understanding,
